■Defective product
We take the utmost care in packaging, but if you find any damage, missing contents, or defective items upon delivery, please contact us by e-mail or inquiry form within 8 days from the date of arrival. We will replace the defective product free of charge at our expense.
Overseas customers will be handled separately.

Orders will be shipped within 3 business days of order confirmation (or payment confirmation in the case of prepayment).
